1. Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that he does not seek to file any rejoinder to the counter affidavit of Respondents 5 and 6 and that he would prefer to file brief written submissions as the issue involved is purely a question of law.

2. Accordingly, list for hearing and disposal on 13 February 2024.
3. Before that date, the Respondent 1 is at liberty to respond to the reply filed by Respondents 5 and 6, if it so chooses.
4. No extension of time shall be granted for the said purpose and the matters shall be taken up for hearing on the said date.
5. Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing.
