128. Management of Government lands.
- Any Government land transferred to a [Panchayat or Gram Sabha] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 3 of 2001 (w.e.f. 26-1-2001).] shall be managed by such [Panchayat or Gram Sabha] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 3 of 2001 (w.e.f. 26-1-2001).] in accordance with such rules as the State Government may make in this behalf.
