50. Transitory provisions.
(1)All Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made under the University of Rajasthan Act, 1946 shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been made under this Act and shall continue to be in force until they are superseded or modified by the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act.(2)All notices and orders, made or issued by any authority under the University of Rajasthan Act, 1946 shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been made or issued by the corresponding authority under this Act and shall continue to be in force until they are superseded or modified under this Act.
