Section 195(e) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(e)allows the water from a sink, sever, drain, engine or boiler, or any other offensive matter belonging to him or flowing from any building or land belonging to or occupied by him, to pass into any place set apart as aforesaid for drinking purposes or for bathing or for washing clothes,
