Section 138(2)(v) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011

(v)for obtaining written consent of the Housing Co-operatiVe Society in terms of sub-section (3) of section 92, the member shall apply in duplicate to the Co-operative Society with credential of the transferee and with evidence of circumstances under which he or she is compelled to transfer the flat;
