Section 214(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)The Liquidator shall conduct an examination:provided that, the Tribunal may, if for any reasons it thinks fit to do so, entrust the conduct of the examination to any partner or creditors.
