In the meanwhile, respondents are directed to relieve the petitioner from the post of Commercial Assistant II to join on the post of Basic Computer Instructor without insisting for payment of refund of training expenses/ salary. However, the issue in respect of recovery of the due salary/ training expenses against the petitioner shall remain live and be considered at the time of hearing of writ petition.
