Removal of the President and the Vice-President. - If at a meeting of the Board specially convened for the purpose a resolution is passed against the President or the Vice-President by a majority of the then members of the Board and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of the Board present and voting such resolution shall have the effect of removing the President or the Vice-President, as the case may be, from his office as from the date on which the resolution is so passed;'.]]
