Section 21(2) in Tamil Nadu Street Vending and Shops and Establishments Worker's Welfare Scheme, 2010
(2)The amount shall be sanctioned only if the following conditions are fulfilled, namely :-(a)only two children of a registered manual worker shall be given this assistence; and(b)the registered manual worker shall have no dues payable to the Board.
