Section 31(6) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1982
(6)Where a grant or subsidy or loan or advance has been received by the market committee for a specific purpose no part of it shall be diverted either temporarily or permanently to any other purpose without the previous sanction of the State Government.
