Section 510(3)(b) in Orissa Municipal Rules, 1953

(b)where the delivery of any of goods on account of any purchase made by any company or person is effected in any place outside Orissa and the delivery on account of the sale thereof by the same company or person is effected in any place in the said State, the latter transaction shall be taken into account; and
