1. The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicants/respondents seeking modification of the Order dated 17.08.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants/respondents submits that due to an inadvertent error it was recorded in the Order dated 17.08.2023 that all the proceedings have been sent to CVC instead of CVO of CSIR.
3. In view of above, we hereby modify the Order dated 17.08.2023 to the extent that the word 'CVC' in Paragraph 7 of the aforesaid order be read as 'CVO' of CSIR.
4. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
