Section 34(1) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(1)All exit signs shall be fitted with an auxiliary bulb capable of properly illuminating the sign and these bulbs shall be fed from the accumulators which-shall be in.a fully charged condition before the first admission of the public on any day.
