11. Access to all classes, castes, creed, and gender in the university.
- The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, creed, castes, or gender:Provided that nothing in this Section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making special provisions for admission to students of the State of Uttarakhand:Provided further that nothing in this Section shall be deemed to require the University admit in any course of Study a larger number of students than may be determined by the UGC and other concerned Statutory/ Regulatory body.
