Section 50(1)(a) in The Gujarat Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1973

(a)commences or causes to be commenced any working contravention of any restriction or condition imposed under section 14 or of any plan for the redevelopment of a slum clearance area; or
