(2)Where an authorised officer seizes under sub-section (1) any instrument, machinery or any other devices, vehicles or other conveyance or any other moveable property or where any instrument, machinery or any other devices, vehicles or other conveyance or any other moveable property is produced before him under subsection (1) and he is satisfied that an offence has been committed under this Act, in respect thereof, he may order confiscation of any instrument, machinery or any other devices, vehicles or other conveyance or any other moveable property so seized or produced.
