Section 6(2) in The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1973
(2)The person appointed under the proviso to Sub-section (1), shall submit the report of his inquiry to the governor who shall, as soon as may be, cause it to be laid before the House of the State legislature.
