Dated this the 30th day of November 2020 This Criminal M.C.is filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.351/2020 of Hosdurg Police Station and all further proceedings. Going by the allegations which are under investigation, I am of the opinion that the Criminal M.C. has been filed at a premature stage.
Therefore, the Criminal M.C. is dismissed, reserving the petitioner's liberty to raise the challenge after completion of investigation.
