18. Sub-committee, special committee and delegation of powers.
- The market committee may appoint one or more of its members to be a sub-committee or to be a special committee for the conduct of any work, or to report on any matter, pertaining to its duties or functions under this Act and the rules and by-laws made under this Act and may delegate to anyone or more of its members such of its own powers or duties as it may think fit.
