Section 13(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
(1)The [Chief Town Planner (Planning)] [Substituted by Act No. 17 of 2017, dated 9.9.2017] shall notify the regional plan as modified under section 12, in the Official Gazette, and also in one or more local newspapers, indicating therein the place or places where copies of the same may be inspected and inviting comments in writing from the public on the regional plan within such period as may be specified in such notification:Provided that such period shall not be less than two months from the date on which the regional plan is published in the Official Gazette.
