Section 17A(2) in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
(2)When land is requisitioned in pursuance of sub-section (1), possession thereof shall be made over to the Corporation and the Corporation shall be liable to pay to the State Government such recurring compensation as may be determined.
