Section 16(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016
(1)The Commission may determine the stages, the manner, the place, date and the time of the hearing of the matter as the Commission considers appropriate, consistent with such specific timing requirements as are set forth in the Act or otherwise not less than 21 days. The Commission may curtail aforesaid period of 21 days looking to the need to expeditiously decide the matter.
