Section 27(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(1)Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, the following kinds of leave may be granted to an employee:(a)Casual leave and Special Casual leave(b)Ordinary leave(c)Sick leave and Special leave(d)Maternity leave [or Peternity Leave, as the case may be](e)Extraordinary leave(f)Accident leave(g)Other special leave as may be specified by the Board
