Section 1 in The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of May, 2023.
