(1)If any chemist, druggist, apothecary or keeper of a dispensary allows any excisable article, who has not been bona fide medicated for medicinal purposes to be consumed on his business premises by any person not employed in his business, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months [and with fine] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 41 of 1956.] which may extend to one thousand rupees [.......] [Omitted by Rajasthan Act 41 of 1956.].
