1. Mr. Malhotra, learned counsel for the plaintiff presses the present application.
2. Mr. Dugal, learned counsel for the defendant states that the parties may be referred to mediation in case any solution can be found to the issue in controversy.
3. For the said reasons and with consent of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the parties shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29.01.2024 at 04:00 PM.
4. List on 01.03.2024 for disposal, regardless of whether the mediation has worked out or not.
