17. Return and inspections.
- Every lessee shall submit periodical returns and statements in such forms and other returns of statements as the Director may, from time to time, require and all accounts and register of the lessee shall be open to inspection by the Director, [the Collector] [Inserted by No. 6(25) Revenue/6/92/2.
