Section 7(1)(b) in Rajasthan Madarsa Education Assistant Subordinate Service Rules, 2013

(b)if the widow or the children of the Armed Forces/Para Military Personal who are killed or permanently incapacitated are not in a position to take up employment immediately, employment will be given to them on acquiring of eligibility for appointment.
