Section 46(1) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Conduct of Business Regulations, 2004
(1)Records of the Commission, except those parts which for reason specified by the Commission are confidential or privileged, shall open to inspection by all, subject to the payment of fee and complying with the terms as the Commission may direct.
