Section 31(2) in Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962
(2)Section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I of 1894) as applied to the Saurashtra area of the State.shall have effect as if the words "waste or arable" were deleted from sub-section (1) thereof.
