22. Authorisation of an employee for journey beyond the limits of charges
. Unless there is a Government order, under special orders of the Local Body, an employee may be authorised to proceed beyond his jurisdiction to attend a non-official conference or meeting and also to attend any work of any Committee constituted by the State Government in which the employee concerned is a member.
