25. Assessors.
- Where assessors are appointed to advise a Tribunal under sub-section (4) of Section 7-A or sub-section (4) of sub-section 7-B or by the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal under sub-section (5) of section 11, the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal, as the case may be, shall in relation to proceeding before it, obtain the advice of such assessors, but such advice shall not be binding on it.
