Section 4(1) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission (Procedure For Selection Of Teachers) Regulations, 1983
(1)The Management shall determine and intimate to the Commission, in the pro forma, given in Appendix Form I to the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Services Commission Rules, 1981 and in the manner hereinafter specified, the vacancies existing or likely to fall vacant during the year of recruitment.
