Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Government Pleader, we do not find any scope of interference with the order dated 28/03/2008 in R.P.No.392/2008 passed by the learned Single Judge. However, in the peculiar facts and circumstances, the time for remittance of the amount is enlarged till 31/05/2008.
The writ appeal is disposed of as above.
