Section 7(3)(e) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002

(e)To recommend fro reduction or stopping maintenance grant or any other grant, if any recognized Institution has failed to implement any of the conditions of recognition, or the Institution is being run in such a way as may be prejudicial to the interest of education or fails to comply with any order issued by the Council for maintenance of the prescribed teaching standard.
