Section 2(b) in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985
(b)"Controller" means the Regional Food Controller and includes Deputy Regional Food Controller, Regional Marketing Officer, Deputy Regional Marketing Officer or Assistant Regional Food Controller.
