72. Declaration of results.
- The university shall strive to declare the results of every examination conducted by it within 30 days from the last date of the examination for that particular course and shall in any case declare the results latest within 45 days thereof:Provided however that, if for any reasons whatsoever the university is unable to finally declare the results of any examination within the aforesaid period of 45 days, it shall submit a report incorporating the detailed reasons for such delay to the Chancellor and to the State Government.
