डॉ. भोला सिंह (बेगूसराय) : सभापति महोदय, कृषकों को उनके कृषि संबंधी क्रियाकलापों के लिए विद्युत की निर्बाध पूर्ति और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक परिवार को कम से कम एक बत्ती का कनेक्शन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण प्राधिकरण का गठन करने तथा तत्संबंधी विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।
HON. CHAIRPERSON: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for the constitution of a Rural Electrification Authority to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to farmers for their agricultural activities and at least one single point light connection to every household in rural areas and for matters connected therewith.” The motion was adopted.
