30. Penalty.
- Every person who contravenes or is deemed to have contravened any of the provisions of this Order, or any of the terms and conditions of the registration certificate, or fails to carry out any direction or order or request made or instruction given thereunder, shall be punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955).
