Section 16(1) in The Haryana Special Economic Zone Act, 2005
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification, make such order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of difficulty :Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the date of coming into force of this Act.
