188. Power of the Chief Executive Officer to authorize temporary construction or temporary closure of parts of public streets.
- The Chief Executive Officer may authorize temporary construction on, or temporary closure of, any part of a public street on such occasions and on such conditions and for such period as the Corporation may provide by regulation made in this behalf.
