12. Minutes of proceedings.
(1)The minutes of proceedings of each meeting of the Council shall be recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose and the names of the members of the Council present thereat shall be entered in the minute book and shall be signed in confirmation by the presiding authority in the same or next meeting.(2)A copy of the minutes of proceedings of each meeting of the Council shall be forwarded to the State Government within ten days from the date of confirmation.
