Section 11(3) in Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University Act, 1963
(3)[The conditions of service other than the emoluments] [Substituted by Act No.50 of 1976.] of the Vice-Chancellor shall be such as may be prescribed and shall not be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
