Since the above mentioned appeals are exactly the same, therefore, both the appeals are being
clubbed together for hearing and disposal to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.
Information sought:
The appellant sought information on 3 points regarding the land bearing plot nos. 1105, 1107, 1109, 1114 and 1116 as per khata no 19 in mouza Laikdih (mouza no 254). Relevant facts emerging during hearing:
Both parties are present and heard through video conferencing. The appellant filed an RTI application on 09.06.2014 seeking the above information. CPIO vide reply dated 20.06.2014 provided point wise reply to the appellant. The FAA disposed of the first appeal vide order dated 26/28.08.2014.
The appellant stated that the desired information has not been provided to him and requested for permission to inspect all the relevant records. The respondent stated that complete information as available on record has already been provided to him and if he is still not satisfied, he is free to inspect the relevant record on any date and time.
Decision After hearing both the parties and on perusal of record, the Commission directs the respondent to provide inspection of all relevant records to the appellant on a mutually agreed date and time and allow him to take extracts/copies from the same, under intimation to the Commission.
The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
