The Indian Rifles (Repeal) Act, 2005Act No. 49 of 2006[17th December, 2006.]

An Act to repeal the Indian Rifles Act, 1920.BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:--

1. Short title.—

This Act may be called the Indian Rifles (Repeal) Act, 2006.

2. Repeal of Act 23 of 1920. —

The Indian Rifles Act, 1920 is hereby repealed.
