The Chairman of the Committee may empower a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar or a Forest Officer not below the rank of Ranger to enter into and inspect at any time with or without his subordinates and servants any place with a view to ascertain whether there has been a contravention of any of the provisions of the Act or any rule or order made thereunder.AppendixForm I(See rule 5)Form of Application Under Section 3(1) of the Act
