Section 215(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)The notice of the deposition of a person examined shall be signed by such person and shall be lodged in the office of the Registrar of Tribunal. But the notes shall not be open to the inspection of any creditor, partner or other person, except the Liquidator, nor shall a copy thereof or extract therefrom be supplied to any person other than the Liquidator, save upon orders of Tribunal.
