Section 17(4) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(4)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Registrar rejecting an application under sub-section (3) may appeal in the manner prescribed by regulations to the Council within ninety days from the date on which the order is communicated to him.
