Section 9(2) in Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
(2)The Inspector may -(a)with such assistance, if any, as he thinks fit, enter at any reasonable time, any premises of an establishment for the purposes of inspection; and(b)exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
