Section 17 in The West Bengal Heritage Commission Act, 2001
17. Payment to Commission.
- The State Government may, after due appropriation made by the State Legislature by law in this behalf, pay to the Commission in each financial year such sums as the State Government may consider necessary for the performance of the functions of the Commission under this Act.
